- Mosswhisper does not receive or retain your complete card number.
- Payments are handled through the secure checkout and payment providers available on our Shopify store.
- Your bank may apply authorization holds, currency-conversion charges, or other account-specific fees.
- For a decline or card authorization question, contact your card issuer or payment provider.
Payment Protection

If checkout shows an error after payment appears to have been submitted, check for an order confirmation and contact us before placing a duplicate order.
